Question: So what is this story about?

God’s answer:

Who is first and who is last in the kingdom in Heaven

God then led me to the preceding chapter (Matthew 19:27-30) - This is what came before the parable.

Then Peter said to him in reply, “We have given up everything and followed you. What will there be for us?” Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you that you who have followed me, in the new age, when the Son of Man is seated on his throne of glory, will yourselves sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has given up houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands for the sake of my name will receive a hundred times more, and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.

Question: So this parable is about Jews and Christians.

God’s answer:

They were all promised the promise land.

Question: So all that this means is those who believe in you, even if they are not Jews, will be first to enter the promised land, and everyone will receive the same promises of salvation, regardless of who enters first or last?

God’s answer:

No seniority
The inheritance is the same

God likened this to the inheritance that children received. It doesn’t matter who was born first or who was born last, their share of inheritance is the same.

Question: And the non-believing Jews are the last because they were the last to believe in You as Jesus Christ, the Savior?

God’s answer:

I came to them first.

Meaning: God came to them first, not just as Jesus but also as God, The Father.

Question: God, I understand what is written in the preceding Chapter but I still don’t understand the parable because in the parable there were people called at different times, why would the last ones called be the first to get paid?

God’s answer:

I said: “Many who are first will be last, and the last will be first” not “The last will be first, and the first will be last.”
It’s paradoxical.
I am a just God.

Meaning: It, referring to the Parable of the Laborers. Paradoxical means seemingly absurd or self-contradictory29

.

Question: So, you are saying that this Parable is not from you?

God’s answer:

Embellishment
